Description
More easily deploy the maximum possible number of Auto-miners per resource seam (that is 4, now the overlapping anchored techs glitch has been patched).

Licences: GSO 2.

Links:

• Use companion tech "ZG Selling Base Small" for small Erudite money bases.
• This tech is part of my "Complete Crafting Guide", here on Steam. Much more info on crafting and it's bugs, there.

Deploy Instructions:

• Clear out rocks, loose chunks and blocks.
• Load in this tech next to a seam.
• Switch to the 4x miner tech.
• Pick it up in Build Beam and move it over an exposed seam.
• Click "Anchor" button (far better than just releasing Build Beam).
• Pick it back up and shuffle it towards the Auto-miners that are working.
• Repeat until all 4 miners animate.
• Profit.

Notes:

• Still a little fiddly to position and may not work on very rough terrain.
• You can remove the GSO cab after deployment, or build your own tech around it.
• The *anchor* stems must be as near to the seam as possible, rather than the animating drill parts, which do nothing.
• 2 hours 14 minutes to deplete a seam with all 4 miners working. (1000 chunks at 1 per 35 seconds, per miner.)
• Some of the tech's auto-miners may de-anchor upon re-loading the world (or area) - just attach a cab to Build Beam the whole tech up and anchor back down, to fix.
• See section 4 of my Complete Crafting Guide for more information on Auto-miners.

Campaign loading:

• Subscribe to this Workshop item, above.
• Go to Creative mode in TerraTech.
• Click the "Load" button (bottom left of screen) and find it in the "Workshop" tab.
• Remove any blocks from the tech that you don't yet have in your play-through.
• Re-snapshot the tech, so it will now be stored as a local snapshot with your own techs.
• Load as normal in Campaign.

OR, just build it yourself - it's only 5 blocks. ;-)

ichabod the tardigrade - I'm pretty sure it does still work. It's often difficult to position so that all Auto-miners function at once, though. And won't work on sloped terrain.

@dragonfire75 - It's a simple tech for sure. But I saw a few people having major trouble putting it together the right way around, and installing them - hence the snapshot share and video.

The resource seams should all provide 1000 chunks each. So not infinite (unless devs have *just* changed this - unlikely). With all 4 Auto-miners running correctly it should take just over 2 hours to deplete a seam. Check it out. :-)

practically, auto-harvesters are the best way to get infinite recource, because they go on forever and the recource pockets never run out, so practically its easy money as long as you got one
well, it was infinite for me on some... uh... crimson stuff(forgot name of it), is it not?

also, its just a cab attached to 4 harvesters, and you really dont need the cab so its just 4 harvesters connected to eachother
