Soo this guide will show you the best way to perform every surgery!

Let's get started!

Step 1-Knowing your operation

The blue and yellow things are syringes.
If your patient starts to lose blood pick up the blue syring and hit him.The yellow syring will make him lose more blood!ONLY use this syring to hit your hand when your in the effect of the blue syring.If you don't understand what im talking try for your self.

The red saw it's the tool we are going to use for this operation,we will use it to break the chest's bones(BREAK THE GREEN ZONE ONLY)

The purple box is where the other hearth is saved,Don't lose it!



Step 2-Lungs and liver

After removing the chets bones let's remove the lungs and liver!



Step 3-Stomach

Now using one of the red knives let's cut that long rope



Step 4-Bad Heart

Using again one of the red knives let's cut the green parts,letting us able to remove the heart


Step 5-Ending Heart

Open the purple box from before,nowgrab the hearth and put it inside your pacient!



If you did everthing right this is what you will get!

Soo let's get started!

1st-Knowing your surgery!

For this operation you should only use the red knife of the laser if you prefer.


2nd-Intestine

Soo using the red kife or the laser let's cut the the intestine,cutting the green zones
Atention one of the green zones is behind the intestine


3rd-Other Intestine

After removing the first intestine let's cut again the green zones(using the red knifes or laser),but this time we will remove the intestine and stomach.

And also the purple box is where you will find the kidney's



4th-Bad kidneys

Now let's cut the bad kidneys,cutting again with the red knife or the laser
(in this picture i only was able to able to remove the stomach after removing the kidneys,I don't understand why)



5th-Good kidneys

Now open the box and place them where the good kidneys are and place them exactly where the bad kidneys were


And here you go!It's done!

1st-Knowing your sugery

For this operation you have 2 choices, the red saw or the red tomawak

Break the top of the skull with one of them.following the green lines.

The purple thing it's the good brain

2nd-Bad brain

After cutting the skull push the brain to outside

3rd-Good brain

Soo now the brain will be outisde the skull
Using one of the red knifes cut the midle of the thread between the bad brain and the skull
And now pick up the good brain and put him inside the skull and there you go!

First-You need to have the space brain transplant to get the new operation

Secound-In the space brain transplant enter the code-296145 in the small machine


SECRET-To get an achievement simply grab the radio and hold it till you get back to your office

3rd-Now simply put the new tape inside the VCR


4th-Enter the code 4948 and here it is!Your patient!Im still figuring it out myself how to perform the surgery!
