After the developers added achievements for the PC version we decided to create a guide, so there you have it a full video walkthrough with All Collectibles in Outlast and Outlast Whistleblower DLC and More. This path we thank Red Barrels for supplying PC gamers with achievements.

For Outlast story - Taking 15 documents and 15 notes will give you the "EDUCATED" achievement and taking all the documents and notes will give you the "PULITZER" achievement.

For Outlast Whistleblower DLC story - Taking all documents will give you the "ARCHIVIST" achievement and taking all the notes will give you the "LEGACY" achievement.
