My sound pack for Insurgency. Uses HD recordings of weapon sounds from Payday 2.

Very meaty/powerful sound effects. A lot of work went into recording them. I love these sounds so much, I use them in all my Fallout New Vegas mods. Are made similarly to how Battlefield's(3/4/hardline) are made. With procedural generation(use of snippet files and the like for distinct variation between gunfire/effect sounds played). I think they are better than Battlefield's, though. My OP. Mod includes loud/silenced/distant fire sfx for about all weapons and equipment.

(Remember to use command " SND_restart " in console after you launch the game for mod to work properly.)

I love the sounds, but some rifles/weapons have the same sounds, ruins it. XD

The toz sounds horrible. The rifles sound great though.

I think this pack lacks subs such as MP40 and UMP. The sounds are awesome but it could be better if all weapons are covered, btw I used to play PD2 I reckon there are some weapon sounds can replace these missing ones(though they are not the same model, as long as they are similar eg firing same calibre I think shouldnt be a problem.

Hey, do you mind making more individual weapon sounds for all these guns? i have a few sounds for guns that i dont want to change that get blocked out from this addon.
