Try turning the cross play off to see if it will improve the situation, maybe your regular visitors have disabled as well.
Es ist in letzter Zeit schon sehr auffällig, dass nur noch kleine Spieler auf den Farmen auftauchen. Alle mit diesem Symbol vor dem Namen. Kaum noch "alte Hasen". Wo die hin sind, gute Frage.
We're not aware of any issue with game browsing. Please double check that you have Cross-Platform multiplayer enabled (otherwise you will only be able to see/join other players with that setting disabled, which is almost no one).
If that doesn't work for you please share a log file of your recent sessions so we can take a look.
There's been a big wave of new players on console (yes, the arrow icons means the player is playing on a different platform). This doesn't mean the amount of Steam players has suddenly dropped (doesn't look like it), but the proportion of active players is now higher on consoles.
Since the public farms found in Find Farms are randomly sorted, this means you'll usually see more console players than Steam ones.
Generally this won't be a problem as it's not like mouse+keyboard is better than controller in this game, but I understand your concerns.
You can disable cross-platform to show only games playing on Windows (or Mac, or Steam Deck) with that setting disabled as well (probably a very small amount).
We'll look into adding a toggle to show farms on your platform without disabling cross-platform. You'll get less options in the list, but probably more than completely disabling it.
As you can see, approximately half the listed players are from Pc. No Chinese names either.
A log file would help us help you (you can still see them even if you uninstalled the game).
