It is planned in a release near you. Try searching the forum a bit. It wasn't scheduled for 2.1. They didn't even give an exact build for when it would release other than "sooner than you think" because it was originally thought to be held off for 3.0 or 4.0.

Current expectation is for 2.2 and there has been some talk hinting towards that, but nothing directly stated that I am aware of offhand.
