The wiki gives stats for all engines[dbh.wiki.gg] so it depends on the vehicle.

I personally use the Triclops engine, powerful and fast.

well i found a another engine what can use 2 turbos and its the "Musgoat" car's

Yeah, but it is not any faster with 2 turbos, the 10 liter petrol engine (TriClops engine) it is faster with 1 turbo (it can reach 215 km/h) than the 5.6 liter petrol engine (Musgoat) with 2 turbos (it can reach 155 km/h).

In some engines it boosts the top speed a bit, to some a lot, and in some engines even decreases the top speed, you can see in the table all the top speed for each engine with each turbo setup (single and twin turbo)

the V6 with twin turbo slots.
