Are the controls in the actual game as dumb and clunky as they are in the demo?

Spending way to much time to line up spouts to pour one item into another or fill tanks. And the rotate item is insanely annoying. Is the Demo an older version of the game?

In the full version of the game, the containers will snap together, and you can actually reverse the direction of the flow to remove liquids. You only have to open the cap on one of the containers or items, so this keeps everything from spilling from the one in your hands if you keep it closed.
