I am afraid I am having the same issue, but with ACE. It is giving me the 'Please close ACE-Base before continuing.' I have no games or programs open that use ACE, and I did the file rename thing, but it is still not launching. And it is just the EAC for VRC; other EACs are working fine.

google it, then remove the mods, and if you didnt install them to begin with well, your havin a bad day. invalidate session tokens and change all passwords time.
