I played the archaengel mission up until the outpost where you interrogate the lieutenant twitch leaves for a brief bit and bowmans suppposed to call back with a location for dengoso but i never get a call or anything and the mission just doesnt progress at all

The 2nd part of this mission is in another region (Libertad) below the one you were (Caimanes), so you need to drive there first, and it will appear at some point. It works this weird way, because it was a post-release addition to the game.

All of the last DLC, which was free!

Is basically another game!

So,

You have to go to the location to get intel from bowman on the next missions.
