How do I switch to flashbangs or trowing rocks?

You can't throw rocks in this game.

bruv just answer the question. And how you cant trow rocks literally theres a skill to distract enemies

IIRC to be able to unlock flashbangs you need to reach level 10 first. After you unlock it press 9, or change your current item pressing 4 (D-pad left).
