cant gift XCOM: ULTIMATE COLLECTION!!!
hello!
i have purchased xcom 1&2 many months ago
NOW
i want to buy it as a gift for my nephew but i cant ?! the only choices is :
1 for my account
2 for my private account

the Q is : Y i cant gift it ?!?!?!

You can't gift it, it's a "complete the set" kind of bundle so that's why, your options are either buying a code for the collection from an official seller, or send a gift card as pckirk mentioned.

send a virtual steam gift card in the amount of the game, then they can add it to there own account.

Is he in a country that doesnt have the right currency tradE? I know for example australlia has issues with this
