Steam Account sold against TOS
Hi, I just tried to buy a Steam Key and got this account instead :( It has more games than I thought I was buying. I really don't want anything to do with it. I'm not after any money back from Steam. I just want them to delete the account and give them the opportunity to investigate if they like. Having the account inaccessible through Steam's actions seems the best route to getting a refund from the 'seller'. Not that I ever will. But I have no idea how to report it to Steam.

Do a chargeback and stop using sketchy sites. If it's not on isthereanydeal[isthereanydeal.com], don't mess with it.

You can report the account if you want, but don't dwell over whether or not anything is done to your satisfaction or in a timely manner.

Report the account and get your money back. Then stick to legit reseller that get their keys directly from the publishers.
Prices may be a bit higher but you can be sure its not some crime or scam. And also keep in mind that the wrong seller will also sell your personal information to places that have malicious intentions.

The account might also be sold to other people, too. You can try activating the Self Locking Tool. See: https://help.steampowered.com/en/faqs/view/01DE-9E83-B094-313B

A self-locked account has the following things disabled:
Purchasing
Playing on VAC enabled game servers (VAC Ban Protection)
Gifting
Trading
CD-Key activation
Steam Community access

You could also report the account.
See: https://help.steampowered.com/en/faqs/view/4D07-D139-587C-2080

These are preferable to deleting the account just in case it was originally stolen from someone else.

Contact your bank and do a charge back because sooner or later the orignal account holder will come knocking. Knocking on supports door not yours, just want to make that clear. By then the money might be long gone.
You can report the account to Steam, odds are whoever sold it to you in the first place was hoping you spend money on it, and then regain control of it after you spent money on it thus getting free games.
And this is why you only buy games from official parties, such as the Steam store itself. The cheaper it is, the more likely it is a scam which you just discovered.

As others have mentioned, do a chargeback through your bank.
