I can understand people who use their idol as avatar.
BUT when you take someone's picture and pretend to be them, its Catfishing xD

"now gimme free itens since i am gurl halp me plx"
People can chose to be anything they like, even a delicious edible cupcake.
This.
Just because OP thinks that an avatar is supposed to be a "me" representation, doesn't make it so.
(and I'm definitely not a future combat cyborg reincarnation of Mary Magdalene. Gotta love JRPG plot insanity. :D)
never thought of that, it make sense ahah.
There is a lot of girls on Steam who say : « If you gift me something, I will make you sastisfied et cetera'.»
but I saw some profile that it worked, the girl took screenshot of all her gifts.
