ReCore won't launch On windows 11
Hi, I'm facing a weird problem with this game. I Had it on my windows 10 on laptop and it worked but I didn't enjoy it that much since the hardware is limited, now that I built a gaming pc I wanted to experience the game again because I love it. Now the problem is that I installed the game on my new pc but when I lauched it it shows a spash screen and it craches immediately. See this is why I hate win 11, win 10 is far too stable. Anyways, Do you guys have a solution for this because I tried everything and it didn't work.

My specs are(just in case you ask about them):
Ryzen 7 5700x
RTX 4060
32GB RAM
Windows 11 pro version 23h something lol I don't give a damn about win version.
All my drivers are up to date, I have absolutely no problems with other games except this Microsoft store game: Recore -_- Help please? :(

Just tried on my Windows 11.
Recore installed and started without a problem. Played a few minutes, no issues at all.
I am on the latest updated Windows 11 build.
So i suspect its something on your end.

Ah, you wrote "Microsoft Store" game. Do you play the Xbox PC App version?
Because that client is a huge pile of garbage that has a ton of problems with different games that run fine on other clients like Steam.
There is a whole sub reddit just to document the problems users have with games on that app.
So i could be just that instead of Windows 11.

Well, I have absolutely no problem on my end becaus I play every game out there with no single error message but this microsoft store issue is so stupid but anyways, I'll just get it from steam! THank you!

I'm in the same boat as some of these people are too where I can't get the game to work at all.

I tried playing it without anything, got black screen of permanence with it never going to the main menu.

Tried installing C++ 64x and 86x for 2013 but I was told my OS doesn't support it (Windows 11).

Found and installed C++ for 2015-2022 with both the 64x and 86x and that didn't work either.

Sadly I think this game is now unplayable for many at this point, and I have a good gaming laptop with a 3060, so I don't know what the problem could be.
