So you're saying to wait a month? We release in 2 days. We've already been waiting a month for this review to finish. They also won't let us move the release date. What happens when we hit the release date without an approval?
I don't know how you could be so condescending and tell us to "be patient" and "be nice". We've done everything we were supposed to. We've been respectful and compliant through this entire process. We aren't spamming several support tickets, we have the one that gets created automatically when submitting a review, and a second we HAD to submit to change our release date.
We don't necessarily have an issue with the review taking longer. We can adjust. The problem is the complete lack of communication. How are we supposed to know if we have to delay or when we have to delay to when we're completely left in the dark? What are we supposed to do when we try to delay our release due to the review and we get an automated response saying we need to first submit our review? I've sent 5 messages in the review ticket since April 11 and haven't gotten a single response.

You'll find other game devs and I'd expect Valve devs actively read/respond to posts there.
