Steam refunded a half of my money and removed my game from library
I am facing issue that Steam double charged me with Red Dead Redemption 2, I made a refund request and they mailed me that they resolved it but the weird thing here is they refunded only a half of what had paid in the double charging issue and also remove the game from my library.

It really pissed me off. Hope someone can help me about this case ?

Did they help you with your problem? I had an almost similar situation yesterday. July 3 I bought games and additional content. On the 12th it was supposedly refunded, although I did not do it (no money back). On the 15th I was charged the same amount again (as on July 3), but there is no information about refills in Steam.

I contacted immediately when I saw the problem, as early as yesterday. But I still haven't gotten a response. So would like to check with someone with a similar problem. How quickly he received a response from support

Then you will have to wait. How quickly others had their response is irrelevant.

I am quite busy so dont have time to check the notification. Currently I have received email that my money was refunded but nothing was sent to my bank account.
