Rejected refund on WH40K Space Marine 2 Ultramarines skin DLC
Hello!
I've bought the Ultramarines DLC explicitly because of the Heavy Champion skin. However in the game it is not unlocked and still shows I have to buy it. If you check the DLC's store page - review section - all the other people have this same issue, one even posted this was a pre-order bonus but they did not remove this from the store... Now my bigger problem is that I submitted a refund request through Steam's support and I got the following automated reply:

We are unable to refund this purchase to your Steam Wallet at this time. Your playtime of an included product exceeds 2 hours (our refund policy maximum).
"
Obviously I have played SM2 but I did not play the DLC because I could not for the above mentioned reasons.. Can somebody help me, how to get a refund in this case? This is a faulty product, you buy it but you are not getting anything for it so it is unusable. Thank you very much.

Help -> Support -> Purchases -> The DLC you want to refund -> I have a question about this purchase

This lets you write a ticket to a human being in Steam Support rather than the automated refund system.
