not receiving any of steam messages
hey every time it says steam is gonna send me a code to my phone it never sends anything!
how can I go about fixing this

readding my phone to the account, once i get to the page about receiving a message with a code I just get nothing.

Ive gone through steam support and all they have to say is its not there problem fix it yourself they wont help me at all

Wrong phone, or wrong phonenumber. If it says it sends something, it sends something. If you don't recieve it, you aren't the one the code is being sent to.

well its clearly not the wrong phone number/phone
same phone number I use for everything and everything works perfect steam is the only thing that doesnt want to work

If your phone isn't blocking messages from Steam, the only solution is that it is sending it somewhere else. Make absolutely sure that your account isn't compromised and has another phonenumber connected to your Steamaccount.

i have checked everything no other number

Have you tried manually checking inside the app? Does it just want the steamguard code? That gets generated by the app on the phone, they don't actively send that. If it wants to send you something some other way, check all spam folders. If it says it sends something, it absolutely does.

restriction on my account, must of been from when I removed my old phone to add my new one,
new password and it was all sorted

Steam support just never mentioned it to until just now
