Since 2 days I can't check the current exchange offers, this error pops up

There was an error retrieving your trade offers. Please try again later. ".





On my other accounts I can check everything without any errors, I log on to this one again and the same thing happens, I wrote to valve and they wrote me this

Item servers are under heavy load, which may affect the following:
Viewing Inventories on the web.
Buying, listing, or viewing items on the Community Market.
Trading items.
If you have recently listed an item on the Community Market and it is not visible in your Active Listings please remain patient; this will resolve itself once the servers catch up. Unfortunately, we have no way of resolving item delays at Steam Support and we can only recommend you wait and try again later.

Why is Valve dropping the subject? New messages to support have no effect, because they write the same message that they cannot do anything and I have not been able to see the incoming offers for 2days.
