You must meet both of these requirements. Less than 2 hours of playtime, AND the purchase is less than 14 days old.
If there is no refund button, you don't qualify. December 2014 was much longer than 2 weeks ago.

Well, the old policy was strictly "all purchases are final, no refunds" in most cases, but they still made exceptions if your reason was good enough. I got one when they ran out of CD keys and the publisher was unable to create more for Valve. They also gave refunds for a few games where the publishers outright lied about their game on its store page.
Just submitted one I'll keep you guys posted. :)

I wonder if theycan refund me for it. It doesnt matter if it was 50% tho.
