Tf2 wont launch on my windows xp computer!
i have a 2.8GHz pentium 4 and 504MB of ram y wont it work!

Recommended: Pentium 4 processor (3.0GHz, or better), 1GB RAM, DirectX® 9 level Graphics Card, Windows® 7 (32/64-bit)/Vista/XP, Mouse, Keyboard, Internet Connection
Well, just on the two you have mentioned you already miss the recommended requirements.
I'm willing to bet your graphics card isn't powerful enough.

They changed the requirements?

I remember it being 1.8GHZ and crappy Graphics Cards. :/

I used to play on NT4 Pentium 3 650Mhz with an actual AGP 2x video card on AoHell Dialup. Things have certainly changed a lot in TF2 since then.

thx all! ill try candys thing. yeah my computer is 10 yr old but it still works REALLY well for its age
