A Jester is "an important part of any royal court."

The award has different meaning to different people. You are trying to impose a one way negative connotation.

Also, you are suggesting to create a downvoting system which may be used to mass attack someone. There are enough trolls with countless alts that will use this system to silence legit posts.

I prefer the existing report system. Thanks!

Valve should change it so the receiver of an award doesn't get any points, only the award.
That should get those trolls under control.
