Trade Reverse open a window for Steam Financial departament
Trade reverse makes P2P pages a less convenient option for selling your skins, all that needs Valve now to take all the cake again under his control is too allow players to withdraw money to their bank accounts.

If Valve financial director wants to increase Valve earnings in the next years can be a good option to make Valve a place to sell skins for real money even with nowadays commissions due to the possibility of insta cash out instead of wait 1 week, but they will need to increase amount limitations, thats for sure.

Money laundering and fraud are 2 main reasons why you can not cash out.

That's a nonsense, KYC exits for something
I'd imagine that most 3rd party sites will start restricting the sale of items until after the Trade Reverse period is over.

They hold the cash for a week, until trade reverse is over. To guarantee security for seller and the buyer
