A civil war would require an organised body with a shared motive who had the military strength and social influence to challenge the U.K government. Such an organisation of the required size is so far away from existing, it's hardly worth discussing. The U.K has the best intelligence service in the world, if a threat like that showed even the smallest sign of emerging, they would be all over it.
It's also extremely unlikely that there would be a January 6 type event here, due to that "docile" nature of British people. It's extremely difficult to get the average person here riled up enough to do anything so extreme. That is usually a sign that the population are satiated.
All you ever get here are isolated gangs of idiots and disenfranchised youth. Both of those things are a problem, but to even ask will there be a civil war I'm afraid shows fundamental lack of understanding about what one is and how it comes to happen.
