Which is easier said than done given my circumstances. Regardless, unless it's something like narcolepsy - which obviously requires a medical diagnosis and thus a trip to a licensed medical practitioner - one of those tips might help.
But remember - your body needs sleep. People die from sleep deprivation. And the games will be there tomorrow. If you're tired then by all means rest.
