R.R. is the antagonist.

I always felt sorry for Wile E. Coyote, no matter how hard he tried he just couldn't get the Road Runner.

Using those ACME products that always seemed to fail for him, but let the Road Runner escape. Crushed by a boulder, face plant in to a wall or just a puff of smoke at the bottom of a canyon.

In answer to your question OP, Road Runner.

Wile E. Coyote. His motivation is to kill and eat the Road Runner. In and of itself, this might not make him a villain if the Roadrunner was the only plausible source of food, but it is not. I mean he can order all of those busted gadgets from Acme Incorporated, but he can't just order a pizza from Escargot Express? The Road Runner is just defending itself from being murdered for the mostpart

Wile had all sorts of food available to him but naaaah, he really wants that thin bird that's worth two bites at best.
