Certain skin colors take tattoos better than others
I was just thinking about this the other day.... why is it that certain skin colors take tattoos better than other skin colors? Do tattoo artists not care about people with darker skin? How come more funding hasn't been allocated to research this?

Because if it would be researched these days the conclusion would be that tattoos are racist and should be banned.
