desperate Trans on North Sentinel Island

This Tribe of people on a remote island severely lack gender affirming care, whithout it the Tribesmembers may suffer from unresolved gender dysmorphia.
The UN needs to address this issue and send aid to those Trans members of the tribe that desperately lack the care they need.

While the tribe has been hostile to outsiders in the past, this is likely due to transphobia. These violent transphobes need to be dealt with so the trans islanders can get the care they need!!

North Sentinal Island is a small island outside I forget where, that is the only living human tribal society with no contact to electric or even bronze age technology. approaching the island is a -serious- crime, you will go to jail for a long time, and those that try get killed because the tribesman there see anyone on the outside as monsters.

Please be aware, going here is wildly dangerous and illegal, please do not fall for this.
