Definitely. It's not hard for them to just stick to the plethora of source material. She has had a fairly consistent enough look to go on. As have most the characters at this point. Just cast someone who actually looks like any popular depiction of Jade, match the outfit and hairstyle, and move on. There's no need for creative liberties here.
