However it also needs to be noted that it's 473 milliliters. On a per millimeter basis even just a typical cup of coffee has more, and with Monster having more fluid you're getting up to empty your bladder more, and if you should have to go at an inconvenient moment, well, you're either pissing your pants or throwing the match to go to the bathroom.
A pee bottle can only stave that off as long as it has spare capacity, and you still have to unzip your pants and aim your genitals in it.
Looking up prices real quick, a 12 pack of Monster costs $22 whereas a 16 ounce bag of shock coffee is $17 and should make 32 cups. Liquid creamer might cost up to 10 cents per serving, and two sugar packets might cost 7 cents.. So multiply those figures by 32 to get $3.20 for creamer, and $2.24 for sugar to add to your coffee.
We come to a final cost of 22.44, and it's roughly just 70 cents per serving of coffee, whereas each can of monster is $1.80. The coffee costs less than half as much, even with the additives.
If we're talking purely about caffeine delivery, the coffee is more cost effective and does so with less fluid, so you might pee less.
The monster has other stuff in it besides caffeine but I don't know how much that stuff really helps for sedentary activity like gaming.
So I'm going to say go with coffee over Monster.
brain eating amoebas could definitely cause some rage, yes
