Nah. Put the bicycle on its side. Park the moped on the bicycle. Lock the moped to the bicycle. Then when the bicycle owner gets back he shall know exactly what he did wrong. Chuck it in the lake and the bicycle owner won't get any message. He'll just think his bike was stolen, which it technically would be. You will see another bike there again next week with a lock if you just chuck it in the lake.

You moved(stole) someone's property twice so if they can figure out who it is(perhaps by your handwriting) then you get to visit the lovely court system.

law enforcement/courts aren't gonna waste their time on ♥♥♥♥ like this lmao. also moving ♥♥♥♥ over just a tad isnt considered theft in the vast majority of jurisdictions
