I feel more positive than ever. I just wanted to spend time on posting before going to sleep.
To put it simply, fasting is not all that bad at all. It is good in a certain way. For example, my mind is more clear. I don't eat Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.(I still drink only water on these days though)

I was told by many people that I should always eat, and not forget to eat. But for me, that really was not the case.

Though this sort of method is just something I made up. In my opinion, losing weight is one thing, and not gaining weight is another.

I decided to worry about not gaining weight by fasting first, and then have easier focus on exercising after to lose weight.

Personally, not eating is way easier than exercising. And now I find exercising more fun. Though, I had to carry 10 pounds of dumbbells each one on both left and right hands for jogging because I find normal ways are boring, so I lose focus.

My downside for fasting is that if I ever stop fasting, my eating habits will get worse when I start suddenly start eating again on those days when I didn't eat before.

No advice necessary, thank you anyway. I am going to research a little by myself. Wish me luck.

Edit: I don't recommended anyone to this. It can be a risk. If people wants to do this, do it at your own risk. Sorry, I should have said this before.

good luck....

its interesting what youre doing as i thought fasting had its benefits from fasting days in a row rather than on or off each next day..... i spose there is no real set rules just like those
that eat one big meal a day and nothing else... .

i grew up where we ate dinner at 6pm and didnt eat anything til 7am the next day....
and i believe there is some benefit in the gap between not eating for 12 hours
just as there is with fasting for a day or more....

i think as a society we have learned we can eat anytime we want which can lead
to lots of things being thrown out of balance... also eating and going to bed or laying
down without a 20 or 30 minute break is going to end up with you looking for gastro
relief products sooner or later.....

good to hear
Considering humans can survive 3 weeks without food I believe 48 hours shouldn’t be too crazy. But me personally I like food. Mostly for the taste. I am a food connoisseur.
