So, if these games were paid for through another method or became free-to-play then they wouldn't be deleted from steam?
The payment processor should focus on making sure the payment goes through. Someone earlier in the thread said they shouldn't make themselves involved as the new morality police.
Not that these games should exist for other steam rule reasons, but businesses should stay in their lane.

hold tab(or whatever key you've set showscoreboard to) and use your mouse to right-click on a noisy person and choose 'mute' from the popup menu.

You could also press escape and click the ear icon at the bottom of the screen, pick a name and then click ok.
