Valve sees the last post and can answer it, but decides to be useless and lock without an answer.
Especially annoying when its a time-based question like, say refunds. Just locking it hints that its not your job, moderators, so who's job at Valve is it to answer questions?
And if the most recent post has nothing to do with the thread just delete it and let someone else post once they have an answer.
Also, what is the time limit(number of hours, etc) between posts where you decide its officially necro? It appears that different moderators have different ideas on that time limit. Some reasonably have been locked after two weeks, but I've seen it locked when its been under two days, with the same message about preventing confusion. This is quite literally the source of confusion.
If moderators can't communicate with end users(other than locking, banning and warning) then please tell us who we can chat with about things(and stuff).

AI cannot be inspired to do anything or be creative on its own. It always responds to prompts.
However if you make two AIs and the second one's only purpose is to make creative prompts then humanity is over.

The neat thing about a proper vacation is that you have your tasks at work resolved and they can't bug you(and should know how to handle them).

Also leaving your city with the air you've been smelling for years may improve your health(unless you're going to Chicago, etc where its worse).

Imagine if there was a henticard that you could use on those such things. At least people would be a bit more honest when trying to raise their credit limit.

Perhaps look up the phone number for that court house(don't use the one on the postcard) and confirm if there is in fact a case. If you do nothing or don't eject yourself from the case then you win whatever the court decides and you can't do your own lawsuit. You literally don't have to do ANYTHING which I'm certain is explained on the word side of the postcard.
Hopefully they also describe what the basis of the lawsuit is about(please tell us, we could use a good laugh)

If you consider a civilization advance if they create a Dyson Sphere around their star, then those civilizations that could actually live ON their star are truly advanced and I expect them to move around in space every once in a while(to go to the grocery store, etc).
If you don't seem them wobble then they're probably just regular stars and not colonized at all.
