As I don't control the workshop items I can't help with that. And the collection is also private/hidden for me. However in the l4d2 workshop community hub, you can always search for the sepparate volumes 1/5 + the music pack. And they will be listed.

I'm not pulling ANY punches anymore on the same politicised narrative being spun on a game that I like. For a month now you hear nothing else but Nicole is ugly, Kendra is Lesbian, ppl are race swapped. (mere npc's in the original game might i ask, not important protagonist), and the thing I take most offense to is that this organized group of people that claim to say they care about the game's legacy are extremely toxic against others with another opinion.

When I'm done, I'm done. People are crossing the line of decency and respect on that forum. They say woke progressives are politicizing entertainment, but they act exactly the same, creating a controlled opposition where no fan who looks forward to this game is allowed to say something without being otherised and bashed as "the wrong side".

Dead space =/= Rings of power or THe witcher : blood origin. I want people be able to determine each change of the game on their own. We don't need mobs that decide for others why this remake is going to be bad.

I've never been so fed up in a long time with a steam forum, so yeah. I certainly don't need friends in my list to ♥♥♥♥ all over this remake as well, for the same reasons over and over.

Yeah, I have looked into it. And yes, they think they show skill by incaping you first, which is not the goal of the game. They should have bought another game for that, maybe call of duty.

As a conclusion, I hope I have been "UN"banned from all your servers and definitely looking forward to play some game with you (by the way, I struggle with teamkillers every time I play, all I have to do is NEVER shoot them cause thats the thing they aim for).

Well, I'm flattered that I'm sometimes player of the week on some group, but I don't exactly know which one. I'm not really "ego surfing", and I don't really think I'm that pro, I just try to be a great teamplayer. And the opposite to that is players who try to sabotage games on the server in any way (with glitches and unhinged voting). They are like kids trying to test boundaries to see what they can get a way with, but they'll find out that on my server it's not having the result they are always used to getting on vanilla servers. So it's good bye for them.

Yes : The game doesn't make a difference between team killing , griefing and friendly fire as an accident. And that's exactly the problem, that's why responsible server admins have to do that.

But that's not a jail, these players can always grief other games out of existence.

In Back For Blood, the server tests for excessive friendly fire from a player and kicks them out. That's a moral victory. People who want to exploit that only shoot themself in the foot :)

Well, the game counts every shot to your teammate as a friendlyfire no matter if its intentional or not, and you got the point, i just want to add that there is difference (in l4d), or i see this difference personally, between friendlyfire with tier 1 gun and tier 2 gun, which is commonly called a teamkill. That was just my thing added.

But back to sum it up: i suppose there is no reason for you to BAN players that do nothing on your server as well as there is no reason for you to accept teamkilling on your server, its all i insist on i dont need any psychological background or theory on it thanks you spend time into it and it counts. By the way did you ever notice how many times have you been set as a "player of the week" in my group? Its a huge project of mine, maybe similar to your projects in games. Good luck into it. Either you're talking out of bad faith, or you really don't read my answers. I made that difference right at the start of my first reply. Somebody can be even called a team killer as hyperbole because they friendly fire, even if they're not doing it on purpose, tryhards will call it a "teamkill" while it's not intentional.

I hate tryhards who think they can stick it to anyone else by proving they can play a coop game on their own. When they're pinned, they are usually the first to leave :)

and one detail:its kinda interesting that after all those hours u spent in l4d tryin to find out how the each players mind work, havent found out the difference between friendlyfire and teamkill.

If valve servers don't provide enough protection against these players, because they can take a game hostage with their abusive behaviour: than we - as players who just want to play a match without it being ruined - HAVE to take things into our own hands. It's not that we impose rules on OTHER servers. It's just that our servers are "griefer safe".

Playing on a random valve vanilla server is just a challenge, not because of players who accidenally shoot you,they're not doing it on purpose: maybe because they are learning expert and don't know the routine yet, Some players think you play expert as you play versus and have to grow into the mode. That's OK. Those aren't the problem.

I'm talking about the players that join (sometimes with 2, immediately incap and kill, then vote the one they just killed off, and then shoot the rest, just to take the match hostage and be an ass.

If you don't have any defense against those players, they just keep doing it and make the game impossible for everyone else. And so I don't understand how it's a sign of elitism to be against that. It's exactly because I CARE about players who try to finish the campaign in expert.

I've played enough games, where we try to reach the finale and finish the game to help other players get achievements. Then a griefer comes in and ruins it all by using the game's vote and kick glitches, killing everyone. They bring no value to this game and actually think it's fun to waste everyone's time by doing the same thing over and over. THEY have no right to destroy other people's stupid attempts at sabotage. I'm just drawing a red line for these players. If they can't change their ways they have no place on my server period.

And some of em play this stupid psychological game where they tell to others "I'm" the teamkiller. As a normal player who doesn't know me, they will not know what to do and then get killed themselves by that person. It puzzles me what's in these peoples mind.

Imagine in real life, when people are playing a board game (monopoly or chess), and this kid comes and flips the board and starts laughing like a maniac, or cusses the players that are playing. That's how I see these griefers. And yes you can't probably change their mind by banning them, because they are selfcentered pieces of ♥♥♥♥ and don't care about the fun of other people. That's why I don't want them on MY servers.

They can go and be toxic somewhere else. The only regret I have is that valve did never do something to fix the bugs that enables these players to destroy a game. You have to plug all their issues with server modifications yourself.

But valve gives us the tools to block and ban players we don't like. We don't ban players for "not being excellent", we ban players for being ♥♥♥♥♥ who enjoy ruining the experience for others because they think THEY are skilled.

You can't change them but you have to wonder why they act like they do.

there's a difference between teamkilling (which can be an accident) and griefing, which means: coming on a server and trolling everyone, shooting everyone down and then leaving, destroying players' games. And on valve servers, these types of players keep everyone from having a good time because they join every match and destroy it every time. And those are not accidents.

And yes, as we just want to play a game and not deal with these types of players, we have a banlist which is shared between friends. That isn't a statement of being "better players" or anything else, it just means that we want to play with players that don't have the intention to vent their frustration for whatever reason on other players, and prevent them from having a normal game.

As I said before I'm not sure, but i see someone on your profile who has to get easy on the copium. Because He seems to be the kind of guy that for whatever bizare reazon started hating the fact that we are a bunch of friends that like to play together on our own server that WE pay for.

It's not really hard. I don't at al think i'm pro, but I do not appreciate players on my servers that do nothing but grief other players. Thats something else than accidentally friendly fire someone. We sometimes accidentially incap eachother, but we know that's an accident and not a troll action.

I don't know why some people are getting so heated because we manage our server and ban griefing players who made it their life mission to destroy every game, because they're bored, because they had a bad day, because they think expert is for noobs or it's idiotic to hunt for achievements. All those reasons i heard from selfish players are not an argument to be this frustrated because other players want to have a game that's not interrupted by players who constantly show abusive behaviour, kill players, then start votes against them, or jump off roofs just to to stick it to us, that we are playing this boring game in expert.

It definitely fits the shoe for that blocked player seething over our group of friends, so I just wonder why it's so hard for them to let people play in peace.

I can see you've been banned on my alt server, I could remove the ban, but that other guy on your profile really needs to drink less copium. It's not a good rep to stick it to me by killing me on my own server and then leaving, because we have rules against griefing. That is just petulant behaviour.

And this has nothing to do with us "thinking" we're pro. We don't play this game to be pro, we play for fun. If people like to kill the fun on purpose, fine, they can do that somewhere else.

You can count on it that there are people who do NOTHING else than teamkilling in this game and have alot of hours. It might be another admin that banned you on my server but i'm not sure.

But I know I will permaban those types of users that know from others that know my reputation of having zero tolerance for these people, and then they connect and team kill me and leave. Well that sort of petulant behaviour will get them banned as well.

I don't know if that's the case with you, I've got a few other admins that may have banned you. You may have done friendly fire they didn't like, It's not always very obvious to some if it was an accident. I have zero patience with griefers so either me, or another of my admins might have been a bit quick to judge in some situations,
