Only 4 hours in so far but I'm enjoying it. I feel like it's an improvement over recent iterations that felt like they got repetitive. There's more unique gameplay this time around. We'll see if this continues as I get deeper into it but it's promising.

I see it's getting a lot of negative reviews early on, but overall it seems really fun for version 1.01. It needs some polishing and it will get a lot of additions over the years but it's the foundations of another classic Civ game.

Pretty fun, I enjoy it a decent amount. I'd probably wait for a sale to buy it if you're not a huge fan of the genre.

Kind of cool. Would be more fun if you had more control over the countries or at least one country instead of just kind of watching borders grow and shrink without really much game for it. But for the price it's decent and it's also early access so maybe it'll get deeper as in time.

Saw positive reviews comparing it to Heroes of Might and Magic that I played some ~20 years ago. Thought I'd give it a try but wasn't sure if I would get into it. Found it both fun and a relaxing game to play, and hard to stop once I started. It's easy to pick up and learn and get right into and then it's just keeps you engaged.

Bought it based on positive reviews, but the music selection is awful. It's all electronic techno type music and not particularly good selection at that, in my opinion. I played one game anyway and it's just a less fun version of Beat Saber. Not worth it.

I'm sure for some this game is entertaining but I bought into the reviews and it left me wanting to take a nap

Kind of boring

This game is okay and I don't hate it, but just how forced the movement is in the game limits the immersion for me. You're either standing still and shooting zombies, or you're clicking the button to move to where they tell you to go next, where you'll end up standing still shooting zombies again, rinse and repeat. Then the scenes in between shooting zombies is just meh.
