This is a very good remake. It's really night and day when you compare it to the original. They did an effective job at making the npcs feel much more like people and not just noisemakers that randomly spout out different voice lines. I'd say every aspect of this game is very well done with only a single exception. That one exception being that I can't say I've ever liked the music of this game. It feels far too noisy and downright obnoxious. I know a lot of people who aren't too fond of Xen. Crowbar Collective took what was originally a desolate border world then instead made it a bustling alien world full of alien flora and fauna. I can't say I hate the decision really. I think Xen looks cool and is pretty fun. Overall I recommend this game.

I haven't played this game in around 2 years but from what I can remember it was quite enjoyable. I don't think the npc's, story, or any writing in the game is compelling in any way but it makes up for this by being a relatively fun multiplayer game to play with friends. That is to say if you don't plan on playing this with friends then I don't think it'll be as great as an experience. I think I'd sooner elect myself to the electric chair than play this by myself.

This was badly executed and there's no nuance.

The title explains what it is there's not much else to it. in my experience of playing this its fun to play around with that's really it I would like to see some better ways to move ships around and possibly spawning more then one ship in other then that i have nothing else to say.

Fun sandbox game to mess around in and is consistently updated.
