Killed OW1 by not getting rid of tank meta for years, refused to add any new content saying that they are working on OW2.
OW2 is a reskin of OW1 with barely anything new.

Bought this game 65% off which is half the price of 5. Played for 6 hours and just driving and enjoying the scenery is very satisfying. Main reason I went with Forza Horizon 4 instead of 5 is because of the lush green fields of the UK setting in 4. Also the seasons in 4 are so well done! Seasons change every week and each of winter, summer, autumn, spring feel distinct and pretty. Winter is definitely my favorite because snow. First few hours you get to play all seasons. Graphics are extremely beautiful. Some races are really cool which you wont find in other racing games like racing a giant hovercraft down a mountain and racing a train. Game ran smooth without any stutters. Very happy with this one.

Just bought it yesterday and already shared my first creation on workshop today. It's amazing.
