The game perfectly delivers what it said it would be. Aside from a few minor technical issues affecting certain hardware which I hope would be fixed, the game runs extremely well. If you are like the other bozos who bought a game called 'RoadCraft' and then got salty that you craft roads and not run through mud/snow, even when they got to try the Demo a few months ago, you might be disappointed. If you want a fresh new experience with logistics, building roads and managing heavy machinery, you'll probably have a lot of fun.

It has all the core concepts that made The Sims 3 the best of the genre, but with 2025 tech. The gameplay is lacking a bit currently, but I'm optimistic it will really shine after a year or two of improvements and new features.

The core ingredients are there, but it needs more time to cook. I'm giving it a thumbs up, because I trust Bugbear will deliver.

I told myself I'd never buy an EA title again, but this one seemed so promising and unique, that I just wanted to try it out. The reception was very good and everyone was hyping it, so I pressed the trigger. Played a bit, and while I found it interesting as a concept, there were a lot of bugs and things to polish, so I decided to wait until it's more fleshed out to try it again. I'm now hearing that the dev decided to just slap a '1.0' sticker on it and call it a day, while most of the things are still in the same state they were a year ago. Really disappointed. This was the last nail in the coffin of buying EA titles for me.

A pure downgrade of Snowrunner/Mudrunner. It took the tedious parts of it, removed the open world aspect, made weird decisions about gameplay mechanics (for some weird reason they decided you can't move multiple vehicles through gateways/tunnels) and released it.
The tasks and contracts all require different specialists, which means that you'll have to start over and over and over again just to fit requirements for different tasks.
You'll crawl through the same rocks for hours just to finish each task and contract spearately.
You'll creep for more than an hour with an underequipped truck through the whole map just to be softlocked by something the game didn't inform you well enough - like a missing specialist, fuel, a bridge you don't have enough parts for, or any other reason.
The vehicle selection is meh, you'll spend most of your time using the same 3 vehicles you get initially. 90% of the quests are 'go here', 'go there', but with the added 'oh you forgot this so you need to start over'.
This game is a complete waste of time.

Fresh take on the arena shooters. Haven't had so much fun in a long time

This is how you make a VR game.

The new truck has no traction whatsoever. It gets stuck on asphalt with diff lock if you are on a slight incline. The map is just a pain to traverse, because you get stuck everywhere. You have to use the winch all the time, which I do not find interesting or challenging.

Very fun and addicting, still has some balance issues, but it shows a lot of potential.
