Wahrlich truaurig, dass Respawn hier - ähnlich wie Rockstar - die reibungslose Linux-Spielerfahrung gegen Spyware-Anticheat Software eintauscht.

I'm not even close to finishing the game but i want to get this review out even now :D


I have to say in advance i loved the Skyrim mod and waited an eeeeternity for the game to come out - i was sooo excited when i got the notification today!


If you're still waging your decision about getting this game; do it if you:
-like beautiful and even stunning graphics
-enjoy the roman culture and the "vibe" (i apologize for using that word) it gives of
-enjoyed the skyrim modification (in that case buy the game immediately tbh :D)
-love to adventure a questline that is only guided by your choices
-like to decide for own outcome of the game


The game has so many little features that make the experience even better - a few examples are:

"Press 'f' to activate follow" - when your current objective is to follow a character to a certain place, you can activate this so your player walks at not only the exact speed but also with the convenience of letting you look where you want. Youre free to look at the incredible and beautiful scenery!

The picture mode! With a game this beautiful this is a must have! It's similar to the "tfc 1" command in Skyrim but with even more settings - you can tilt the camera to the left and right for example.


Ngl i just love this game. I just love it! If youre still deciding i think you should go for it, if the arguments enough werent enough i'll go with this approach: atm i only have 2.4 hours in this game. This was enough to convince me it was worth the 24€ - by a long shot! I was sold after the first hour (technically after the first quarter hour but that was because i knew a bit more). But i think if you play your -lets say 100 minutes- you have the ability to refund it through steam and though i think you should give the game more time than that, i believe that you will certainly love the game already at that point! Im just sure of it!


tl;dr: Great game - get it. fr - get the game it's incredibly good
