I would describe this game as a cozy life-sim.
If you're looking for action or combat, this game is not for you!

Palia feels like a mix of Animal Crossing, Stardew Valley, and The Sims, but in an online co-op setting. Calling it an MMO feels like a stretch.. Sure, there are MMO elements, but most of the time you're playing with just a few players on split servers. I’d personally call it an online life-sim rather than a true MMO.

The RPG elements are nice but nothing groundbreaking. The story is entertaining, though nothing too special. Most of the game can be played solo, but having a small group (a party of friends) is definitely beneficial, as you get buffs for playing and collaborating with others.

What I really enjoy is the simplicity. There's no pressure to grind or rush. You can just relax, turn your brain off, farm for a while, or go after specific objectives. Whatever pace suits you, you’ll find it here.

That said, the game has quite a few bugs: rendering issues, broken meshes, glitched quests, falling through the floor, map loading problems, and frequent server connection issues. Most bugs have workarounds or are just visual, but they can still be frustrating. I really hope the devs patch these soon to improve the overall experience.

Despite the issues, I’m enjoying my time in Palia. looking at my hours... it definitely has addiction potential!

They Promised they would never censor Ready or Not to keep the gritty atmosphere and show the SWAT perspective as accurately as possible.

They now broke that promise and are censoring the PC version as they are also censoring the Console version of Ready or Not to console market regulators.

I supported this game by buying every DLC's not because i wanted to play all the content... (look at my hours)
I bought them to support the pushing of boundaries of Games and giving them credit for doing it!
The realism and sticking a finger up to Executives and showing that pushing the boundaries can result in something amazing a amazing in-game atmosphere multiple people enjoy. This feels like a betrayal.

The Game will not have the same atmosphere it had before.

I use this software to enhance the tracking that I have with my 3 FBT Trackers, and it works really well when combined with existing trackers. It gets a bit confused when having one arm behind your back and the other one on your chest (starts twitching). Also, the elbows are sometimes weird when laying down. But all in all, this Software does a great job at improving tracking!

I was here since the closed beta and it keeps getting better :)

I know I'm late to the review party, but hey, better a nat 1 on initiative than never!

Just finished my first full playthrough after restarting more times than I’d like to admit. Seriously, at this point, my save files are more cluttered than a wizard's spellbook. ;)

Let me reroll my d20 for review writing skills... Ah, a solid 15. Not bad, not bad.

Where to begin? The story. It’s so well written and captivating, I never once felt railroaded You’ve got solid choices, with consequences, and trust me, it’s not all about rolling high. Even the natural 1s are feel fun.

The world? chef’s kiss. It's so beautiful and detailed, I half expected to find a secret tavern with a sign that read ‘Ye Olde Overachievers’ hanging outside. Every corner feels like it's been crafted with as much love as a bard's latest ballad. And speaking of love, this game is a total love letter to D&D fans—right down to the mechanics. Whether you're sneak attacking or trying to convince a goblin to lay down his pointy stick, there's always some creative way to make your next move.

And those graphics? Let’s just say, they’re so good, they almost made me roll a Wisdom save to stop staring at the scenery. The game isn’t just a visual treat; it’s a feast. It's like someone cast Major Image on an the design team and then critted on the check.

Now, if you’ll excuse me, I’m already planning my next playthrough—because, let’s be real you will want to find out what happens when you make different decisions.

So, if you haven’t played it yet, I’d say you should definitely roll for initiative…

As huge borderlands nerd, I played this and it feels like someone's fanfic. Someone's Fanfic while high on crack cocaine and Fetanyl at the same time. Most obnoxious writing.

Sadly i have to change my review from positive to negative one due to the requirement to link your Account to a PSN account. Sorry but no!

Now, after 40+ hours of gametime and paying for the PC version, I'm going to be forced to make an account for a console which I don't own and for a company which I have no intention of using the account for? And if I don't do it, I'll be locked out of my game which I purchased?

You guys were just getting big Ws being against scummy MTX practices and now you pull this stunt?

I will wait and see what happens if this change does not get reverted i will request a full refund!
