Hello Jafafa, i am sorry to hear that this was a response you got in our chat. However this was not from a official Groupees rep, but from users on the site.

I agree with you that when you pay $1.25 on a bundle with pre order and it was something that you did not enjoy, can then be a waste of money. which in these times is never a good thing.

While it's not possible to have everyone always being 100% happy with their purchase on a bundle we do care about it and we will never say that throwing money away is a good thing.
Also let me know what you thought was a bad bundle purchase and will see what we can do about that on support@groupees.com

Groupees just permanently lost a customer. I expressed regret at wasting money on a bad bundle pre-order, and universally they, including the Groupees rep, laughed and ridiculed the very idea that it's possible to "waste" a couple of dollars. The attitude was that money should be tossed around with no idea what you're going to get, and anyone who questions the thought of spending money sight-unseen, anyone that questions that $1.25 could be "wasted" no matter what, is stupid.

That is some major league first-world privileged consumer droid ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ right there. The idea that it's fine to throw away money on things that are of no use to you - that is seriously ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up.

I've bought almost every Groupees bundle.
I'll never buy another.
I do not give money to elitist ♥♥♥♥♥ who think their privilege to toss away cash makes them able to laugh at anyone who can't or won't.
