haven't finished it, but good game so far. poses lots of interesting philosophical/moral/ethical questions that are pretty applicable to the world. good puzzles too, looks good, runs well.

i hope that as flesh and blood humans we can learn to show some restraint and maturity in the way we run our civilisation. it is so much more fragile and precious than we realise.

Love this game, so much fun to play, I enjoy it much more than CS1.

Looking forward to making custom content when the editor is released to the public.

Disappointed by the performance, I get decent fps but could be optimised more and I know CO will do that. Excited to see where the game is in 6 months.

nice cute game, really relaxing, calm music, pretty art style, etc. can play for ages or really quickly. not a punishing game but not entirely thoughtless either, you need some level of engagement and careful placement to be able to beat the levels but they don't require any extended thought or extreme tryharding either.

the controls can be a bit frustrating especially if you're not used to them but really it's a minor complaint. defo get this game.

A rather simple and straightforward game where you assemble tiles into pictures of anime girls. Cheaper than almost anything you can get at the groceries. The UI is straightforward and accessible across languages, although the uniform design of the icons can also cause you to accidentally leave the game.

I don't particularly care for anime or whatever but I must admit I got a lot more engrossed in trying to complete all the pictures than I expected. If you're something of a completionist and want a rush of cheap and easy dopamine you might enjoy this game, especially if you like anime. Can't comment on the music, it's not my preferred genre but it starts turned off. Would be nice to have a volume slider (a lot of games lack this!!). You could also potentially throw on some background music of your own and relax to these puzzles, especially if your schedule is as packed as mine — I don't have the time or money to spend on large physical puzzles, so big collections with smaller cheaper ones like this work. There's also a randomise button so you can come back and do them later after you've solved them. The puzzles also increase in difficulty as you go on.

it's hard to say that any one game is "the best" because different games have different aims, goals, purposes, audiences, etc. for example i have an unending obsession with urban planning a public transportation, and the only game to scratch that itch is cities: skylines. i will play that game until it stops working or i die. games like minecraft have endless replayability, and on the other hands there are games that are incredible in terms emotive and visual storytelling. doom eternal is a masterclass of movement and action. so obviously, what does sense does the idea of "best" even make? it's easily applicable if you have a certain characteristic that you're describing as best, not so much if you just mean best in a vaccum.

with that being said, however, if i were forced to say that any one game—above all the games that have been created throughout the entire history of video games so far—were the best, i think that hl: alyx would fit the description unambiguously. i cannot begin to express how good and immersive this game is. if you can afford to get the hardware needed to play it, you should absolutely do so.

Awful port, the controls are terrible and the sound is varyingly either buggy or nonexistent

really good game but hella overhyped, a third of the puzzles are brilliant, a third are good, and a third are just filler that would do better as a standalone format in like a mobile game or something
