Kaiserpunk is a fun City Builder/War Game with a hint of RISK at play. How you choose to build your city and evolve it based on on your political will dictate your fate. Lose track of keeping your people happy you will will be penalized. Become too aggressive and you will be put in your place. The game adapts well to your actions. Kaiserpunk is easily a game you can spend hours on and the time will fly by quick. Recommend this game to anyone who loves city builders.

Star Control Origins is one breath of fresh air. Stardock created a faithful Star Control game paying homage to the old games and bringing in the new. You will run into a lot of aliens. You will find yourself collecting resources. You certainly will explore and run into random encounters which will test your ship and fleets survivability. Good story driven adventure which I won't spoil here. After completing the story you can go complete other tasks and so on while continuing to explore the game even more. Once you start playing Star Control Origins you will not want to stop. Time slips away on you so don't miss work because of playing too much Star Control Origins.

Stardock has also made sure that Star Control Origins could possibly run on consoles at some point by including controller support. After extensive time on the game. Star Control Origins would be a good fit for Nintendeo Switch, Xbox One , PS4 and maybe even iPad down the road.

Now not everything is golden with Star Control Origins. Issues that I encountered the most was my systems would slow down off and on during hyperspace going from to system to system. Planets rich with minerals or worthwhile indicators for visitng planets could be better identified. Often found myself visiting systems which had very little resources if any to speak of which felt like a complete waste of time. AI Fleet controlled battles needs work and more tuning. After playing most of the game with AI controlling my fleet battles. Somer annoyances persisted. AI not using ships all available weapons to its benefits. Often my ship would fly behind the enemy not firing or just dancing around in circles or downright not firing anything even when at range to hit an enemy ship.

Sol system planets should have more minerals to start you out with early in the game.

Fuel is a major issue early on in the game and can be a pain to manage until you get fuel tank upgrades. Fuel consumption is a bit quick.

Upgrades can be pricey in the late game which can be a turn off for some. Ship battles early on in the game should drop slighly more RU.

Where Star Control Origins succeeds the most is not telling you what you should do right off. If you expect Stardocks new game to handhold you through then you will sadly be mistaken. Fleet Battles have a arcade like feel which is very enjoyable and blast to play. Stardock has left Star Control wide open for endless expansions. I cannot wait to see what comes next. Overall Star Control Origins, is a good game and comes HIGHLY RECCOMMENDED!

Star Control Origins was played on the following systems:
HP Business Laptop with A10 7300 CPU w/AMD R6 Graphics, 6GB RAM
Custome Built Intel Core i7 8700 @3.2GHZ (4.2GHZ turbo) 16GB RAM, 1060 3GB GPU.

Meridian: New World, is simply a surprising game. More over it's hard to believe that Meridian was developed by one person in 2 years. If you've been waiting for an RTS to play then Meridian: New World is that RTS you should play. If you miss Command & Conquer and need a break from Starcraft then Meridian: New World is the best fit for you.

Clearly this version of Z has some subtle changes from the 1996 version. However, even though Z doesn't have an upgrade for Hi-Res graphics and resolutions. Z itself is still fun. Forget about what the others say here as this game with or without much needed upgrades is still a blast to play. Clearly, this version of Z is a port from iOS versions but I like what I see even though some control freedom has been taken away. Once you understand how Z operates it's easy pickings as you play through the campaign and laugh at those cheeky cheesey comedy cutscenes.

Who needs multiplayer? Back in my day Z was fun for it's campaign not it's MP mode. Yes, an MP mode would have been nice but it's very understandable why it's omitted here.

Z is highly recommended here if you're looking for some great single player fun with some extra cheesey comedy added.

Great Campiagn. Not the Best Multiplayer COD out there due to various plaguing issues found within. Steep system requirements only are justified for the Campaign not MP portion. Infinity Ward did a good job blending a variety of missions inside the Campaign that you never get bored. Visuals will vary depending on your system setup. Infinity Ward still has a lot of engine optimizations to pull off in order for the system requirements to justify the need for being so steep.

Overall, Great Campaign. MP not so great. Size of Maps are questionable in MP. Feels rushed to meet a street date. Performance problems are present. Visuals really shine in the Campaign while MP not so much.

Note: MP was played on the Xbox 360 version due to various PC technical issues that plagued me from playing online. PC MP was eventually played on a friends machine after some tweaking to get a half decent not so laggy game going. After 2 hours on the PC side with MP I saw enough to warrant my judgement on the PC side.
