A great iteration to the two point formula, I've really enjoyed this so far.

It's a great game to play with friends or with a random group.

Love the fact that you can build whole custom buildings, copy rooms, and save rooms as templates. Lots of QoL updates over two point hospital, and it's not the same game, it feels different enough to be fresh (If you like this type of game at least...)

No longer worth buying.

This game was great when it came out, but literally any one of the subsequent packs is going to be worth buying over this one now.

It appears to have the same bugs as the original (at least ME1 does so far). It's annoying, but it also IS mass effect in every way.

If you've never played it and like this style of game, this is a good buy at whatever price suits you. $30 would be a steal in my opinion.

If you didn't like the original, you won't like this any better.

I'd say the best one overall. I've played the first 6 a fair amount, and we all really enjoyed this one.

Very enjoyable strategy game. Easy difficulty appears to have a large learning curve, but I'm enjoying the challenge.

This is a great successor to theme hospital. It keeps the same humor. I've really enjoyed it so far.

This game has finally had the interface updated, and now it's actually usable on higher resolution displays. Everything works really well now.
