small gap in door / Look through / Talk watchmen (TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT)
Turn on tv / gap / look / talk (until repeats)
check door / stool under body / toilet / flush it
turn off tv / nightstand under tv / open it
read all 3 notes / check bed
picture 42 / window / picture 5 / turn on tv / press brick 5 times (top right corner)
if nothing happend flush toilet and press brick again
(It's a good point to get REALLY? achievement - press brick 25 times)
pick up key from floor and put it to door 2 times (it doesn't matter witch key)
42 / take last key and use it door (NO PAIN, NO GAIN?) / examine body
