Intro
This is a guide detailing all of the prerequisites for the coveted "plat trophy", "Harmony's Last Reward", the achievement for unlocking all other achievements. This is basically a directory pointing to where to find guides for all the other achievements you will need for easy navigation, with some of my own tips thrown in. With this you don't have to go on the wiki or someplace like that to see what the hidden achievements are and risk spoiling yourself.

I would like to make special mention here up top that completing the "Death Road of Despair" minigame is not required to unlock all the achievements. Completing it gives you a Monopad theme, but there is no achievement for getting all Monopad themes, and it's not necessary for unlocking all gallery events either. Therefore, you only need to beat this very difficult minigame if you want to for your own satisfaction of getting the Monopad theme and truly 100%ing this game. But again, it is not necessary if you just want all the achievements.

Just According to Ronpa
Refute an argument.

Master Silencer
Shoot down over 500 white noise.

Due to the trials being much longer in this game, you will probably get this achievement before the end of the game on your normal playthrough if you shoot them when you see them, most likely you won't need to grind for them.

From a Certain Point of View
Present false evidence.

You will have to go through every Back Route in every class trial. Be sure to finish each trial all the way through the end after getting all the Back Routes to ensure your progress is saved. Bear in mind that there is one Hidden Monokuma in each class trial for a later achievement for getting all Hidden Monokumas, if you don't already have them all.

Chapters 1-6 each have 5 hidden Monokumas. The first four in each chapter are scattered around the Academy and can be gathered during Free Time; the fifth in each chapter is somewhere in each class trial. Misc. + Missable Gallery Events
True Discipline Come from Within
Achieve the maximum level.

Experience towards levelling is gained by walking around, talking to students and investigating objects. You also get some experience each time you play a Casino game and after completing class trials. There are some corners that you can tape your joystick down to keep walking forever but given the sheer amount of stuff to do to complete this game I found myself reaching level 99 naturally.

King of Redecorating
Slap around objects at least 1,000 times.

Bond. True Bond.
Achieve the highest level bond with someone.

You Need to Diversify Yo Bonds.
Achieve the highest level bond with everyone.

Most easily done in the "Love Across The Universe: Dangan Salmon Team" Bonus Mode detailed later. For a guide to each character's Loved Presents, see this guide by Oscar TK (Note: May contain spoilers): http://www.ricedigital.co.uk/danganronpa-v3-gift-guide/

We're More Like Present Protectors
Collect every present.

Achieving this requires:
-Getting all Monomono Machine presents
-Beating the game
-Completing all characters' Free Time Events
-Completing "Ultimate Talent Development Plan" (unlocked after completing the game) once
-Buying all Casino prize presents (two of them will require reaching Night 1 in the "Love Across The Universe: Dangan Salmon Team" Bonus Mode unlocked after completing the game before you can buy them from the Casino).

Giving It Up at the Hotel Kumasutra
Use the Love Key to spend the night with a student.

The Love Key can be bought from the Casino. With it in hand, at nighttime of your next Free Time day Monokuma will inform you about using it.

V3 Complete
Unlock the entire Gallery.

Achieving this requires:
-Beating the game
-Finding every Missable Gallery Event
-Getting every Love Key scene with every student (should be done during "Love Across the Universe: Dangan Salmon Team" Bonus Mode - the Love Key is consumed when used so you will need to buy many of them. Make a save just before the nighttime after Free Time is over. The character whose Love Key scene you get is always random and includes characters whose scene you have already seen but NOT scenes of characters who are dead, which is why you need to do this in the bonus mode where everyone is alive. Simply reload your save and try to use the Love Key again to get a different character, if you get someone whose scene you have already seen. Let it play out and repeat the next night.)
-Getting all Friendship Fragments with every student (SPOILERS): with both protagonists. Along with maxing out everyone's FTEs with Shuichi using the "Love Across the Universe: Dangan Salmon Team" Bonus Mode you will need to use Chapter Select to start Chapter 1 from Free Time and collect Kaede's 2 Free Time Events with each character. Angie Yonaga's 2nd FTE with Kaede can only be done on the second day of Free Time because it requires the Ultimate Pianist Lab to be open. Also, during a certain plot event in Chapter 3 you won't be able to get Friendship Fragments from any of the student council members, even if they love your Present.
-After unlocking them all, buying everything in the Event Gallery, Movie Gallery, Artwork Gallery, BGM Gallery, and "Intimite Events" Gallery using Monocoins. It will require more than your maximum amount of 999 of them (note that unlike previous games there is no achievement for having 999 Monocoins) so if you are trying to unlock them all at once you will need to grind for more Monocoins when you run out. The fastest way to do this is probably by completing a Class Trial with the Financing skill equipped, gained from completing Maki Harukawa's Free Time Events.

For a guide on the Missable Gallery Events, what presents you will need for them and whom you should talk to, when and where, see the "Special Events" section of this guide by Nullenergien: http://steamproxy-script.pipiskins.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1151102551
Casino
Casino Royale with Cheese
Own more than 10,000 casino coins.

There is no rush to unlock this, you will end up with many times this amount eventually. Don't waste your Monocoins buying a lot of casino coins at the beginning, only buy enough to get you started, 100 should be enough.

Lucky Number Seven
Get all 7s on the MonoMono Slots.

The Red MonoMono Slots machine on the rightmost side of the Casino has the best odds of paying out and of giving all 7s. Keep betting the maximum amount and it shouldn't take long to get this. When you first get access to the casino the slots are a fine way to earn casino coins passively as, quite unrealistically, these slots will always return you a profit over time, but don't bother wasting too much time on it as in later chapters you will unlock far more lucrative methods.

Fisher King
Achieved an S-Rank on Mean difficulty in SALMON FISHING.

In my opinion the easiest of the three casino games. When the screen lights up and you get the chance to see all the fish, try to keep the location of a fish of every colour in your mind so you're ready for whatever Monokuma's order will be and you can use your MonoEye ability as sparingly as possible. Try to prefer selecting fish that are about to leave the screen so you can use ones in the middle later. Every time you select a fish there is a pause for about a second; if the screen is currently flashing and revealing the colours of fish at that time you can take advantage of the fact that their colours will be on screen for a second longer to memorise them. After playing this enough you will start to get a feel for some general patterns, e.g. at the very beginning he always asks for each colour once (RGB or BGR or GBR etc). Also, most importantly, you need to look out for the missile which has Monodam strapped to it, because if you are on a full combo it will give you a bonus 1000 points if you catch it, however do note that catching the Monodam will change Monokuma's order so be careful not to break your combo after that. Be careful not to mistake the missile Monodam is strapped to with the regular missile with no Monodam on it, which will give you a penalty. If you can get good at this game you will be able to farm casino coins very quickly seeing as you can get 10x your bet and the game timer only lasts 1 minute, the shortest of the casino games.

No Stopping This Outlaw
Achieved an S-Rank on Mean difficulty in OUTLAW RUN.

You may or may not find this one more challenging than Salmon Fishing. First important thing to note is you can get a Mario Kart-esque boost at the beginning by not going until right before the start. If you ever hit a car, it's game over for you, you will not be able to get the S-Rank. If you hit the wall too much it will also be very bad. There is a section towards the middle of the game where there's two lanes with a person in both lanes. If you position your car just right, directly in the middle of the two lanes, you can hit both of them, which can give a helpful score boost but it's a little difficult to do. The spawn locations of Monokid and Monodam are random and you could get lucky or very unlucky. Hitting Monokid will give you a speed boost but with the added difficulty of controlling the car and the fact that he partially obscures your view it can be risky. However, if you can get him without hitting any cars or missing too many people/hitting the wall etc. it's very much worth it as you can use him to get further into the track and a large percentage of your points will come from people who are grouped up a lot at the very end. Always hit Monodam if you can of course as he will give you a bonus. Overall, I personally found this game to require some practice, but quite doable.

Monolithic Achievement
Achieved an S-Rank on Mean difficulty in TREASURE HUNTER! MONOLITH.

Unless you possess the Super High School Level Analytical Prowess of Junko Enoshima herself, completing this by yourself will truly be a Monolithic Achievement. In my opinion this is the most difficult achievement in the entire game and a huge pain. There are some geniuses out there with the golden brains required to do this easily, but for others it may take many many attempts. This game has a 10 minute time limit for a reason; you must take your time to plan out your moves so as not to screw yourself over accidentally. Take note that each block has a number of dots on it, 1 2 3 or 4. Each colour corresponds to one of those numbers, and will change to the colour of the next number, with 4 looping back to 1 again, so you can use that to plan out your moves. Everything about this is randomly generated, although it is always "solveable" it is essentially luck based whether or not you get a good setup. There are always two Monokubs in the board along with the fishes, and uncovering both Monokubs is absolutely necessary to getting the S rank you'll need. If you find one of the Monokubs inaccessible, you should just spam clear the board so you can restart as fast as possible (seeing as there's no "stop" or "restart" button). You will basically need both Monokubs and 3-4 of the fishes. You also get some points just for clearing blocks. I suggest starting from the corners, and avoiding clearing huge block chains as you may accidentally uncover something in a way that makes it impossible to get; focus on the smaller chunks of 2 to 4 blocks.

Some people have in fact made tools to help "solve" this game. These generally involve filling out exactly what your board looks like for the tool to simulate what moves you should do. You may have varying success with these. They may be worth a try if you can't do it yourself.
Here is one such tool: https://black-wolfwood.github.io/Monolith-Tool/
And here is a link to information on another, more complex and also Japanese one in the form of an Excel spreadsheet, with directions on how to use it: https://www.gamefaqs.com/boards/730570-danganronpa-v3-killing-harmony/75830107?jumpto=22#22

Again, you may have varying success with these tools, bear in mind that you do have a 10 minute time limit. Good luck.
Love Across the Universe: Dangan Salmon Team
A Bright Future Awaits Us
Reach the true ending in "Love Across the Universe."

This requires getting the full 10 hearts with all students. The resource gathering aspect from previous games is thankfully gone this time. You will also use this mode to complete the requirements for several other achievements, and completing it is also required to get all Presents. Note that you can get an extra Free Time every day by buying Monomergen-C from the Casino (consumed after each day, so buy lots of them). After you've completed everyone's FTEs you can start using Date Tickets which you can buy from the Casino to get everyone's remaining 5 hearts in the standard School Mode/Island Mode fashion. Note that sometimes, at random, even if you select the best possible answer you sometimes won't get a heart and this is normal. There is also a chance every day for someone to come into your room and invite you on a date, which doesn't use a Date Ticket and is basically just a free chance to get a heart. For a guide on all the best answers to the Date Ticket questions and the Harmonious Heart events, see this guide by Dels Kibara: http://steamproxy-script.pipiskins.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1164354652
Ultimate Talent Development Plan & Despair Dungeon: Monokuma's Test
New Kid on Campus
Complete the Ultimate Talent Development Plan with one student.

Simply complete the Ultimate Talent Development Plan once. Doing this once will give you a Present, making it required to obtain all Presents, as well as unlock the other bonus mode "Despair Dungeon: Monokuma's Test", which is an RPG Dungeon Crawler style game. Essentially what you are doing in this bonus mode is creating characters to use in that bonus mode. Their attributes and skills are locked in to what you build them to here. In the dungeon you can get gear to improve stats but skills can't be changed without Developing again. For your first time, it doesn't matter all that much what you do, just try to increase your stats and maybe get some skills that seem useful to you; you will understand more about what you need to do here once you get into the Despair Dungeon.

For a very comprehensive guide all about the Ultimate Talent Development Plan including what stats do, what will be the result of the different choices you make, and more, see this great guide by vmrecca: http://steamproxy-script.pipiskins.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1162344915

The First of Many
Defeat the first boss of Despair Dungeon: Monokuma's Test.

Hopefully by this point you'll be getting a feel for the Despair Dungeon. By this point you'll definitely want to Develop a balanced party of four characters. Team comps etc. are up to you and some later bosses will require Developing specific characters in specific ways/with specific skills to counter them. Throughout the Dungeon you will find Gold which you can use on the Death Card Machine to attempt to get rarer cards, which are much easier to level up. Every 11th floor will Upgrade the Death Card Machine to give you a higher chance of getting better cards, however it will also make the machine cost more Gold to use.

For a very comprehensive guide all about Despair Dungeon: Monokuma's Test including detailed information about each boss and useful strategies, as well as locations of important loot and more, see this awesome guide by Solvo.: http://steamproxy-script.pipiskins.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1157409109

Reaching the Summit
Clear Despair Dungeon: Monokuma's Test.

Despite the description this is actually only the halfway point; this achievement is for beating the boss on floor 50. By this point you should probably have a few S cards to use. Again, refer to the two excellent guides above about the Development Plan and the Despair Dungeon in order to maximise your effectiveness.

Passing Is Optional, Finishing is Mandatory
Clear the final exam of the Ultimate Talent Development Plan.

This will be pretty difficult until you've got access to U level cards. Note that the level of your character's party members in the exams is based on what level cards you own of them. See the "Exam Party Members" section of vmrecca's Development Plan guide linked above to see who your party members will be. It's easiest to beat the final exam with a strong Strength physical attacker with Summer Rain Fist, letting your party members do the rest of the work. If you're having trouble it might also be a good strategy to get Confuse lv. 10, as it will cause the enemies to attack themselves instead of you; this can give you a pretty easy win.

Overcoming True Fear
Defeat the hidden boss in Despair Dungeon: Monokuma's Test.

The actual final boss at floor 100. This boss is not easy and will require, obviously, 4 U cards with high stats, good gear, and specific attributes and skills to counter him. For specific tips on this boss check out Solvo.'s excellent Despair Dungeon guide linked above. As one more tip I will mention that most bosses resist status effects but if you get Poison Lv. 10, you may find that it fails every time, but if you max out your Awakening and use that, it should succeed. The final boss will take 9999 damage from the poison per turn for a few turns until it wears off. If you can manage to get it off twice you should be in a good spot. Other than that, it will require a tight strategy, high stats and some good luck, but is quite doable even without grinding materials for gear other than what you can find in chests.

That's All, Folks!
Obtain all the Ultimate cards.

You will gather a large amount of coins to use in this machine from the dungeon, and again, each 11 floors will upgrade the machine to give you better chances at the rarer cards; you can also find S Tickets and U Tickets which will give you free S and U cards, use Solvo.'s guide linked above and get all of those that you can. In the end this is of course down to luck but by the end of the dungeon you'll probably end up with max coins so I wouldn't worry about it much.

Masterful Development
Complete the Ultimate Talent Development Plan with every student, regardless of rarity.

This is pure grinding; you just have to develop every student once. I recommend doing this after completing the Despair Dungeon so that you can just develop the students you never used for that, and then you won't have to care about what the results of the development are so you can just skip through it as fast as possible. However I definitely recommend if you want to see them choosing the Friendship Course and seeing all of the different interactions that all the characters have with each other (each character has 5 Friendly Square events and then after exhausting them you'll get generic ones with each of the Monokubs), because some of them are hilarious, and also check out the Future Course if you're a fan of the DR3 anime as those Future Arc characters appear in the events there which is pretty cool. Developing every student once will take a long time but at least it's easy!
Outro
Harmony's Last Reward
Acquire all trophies.

If you follow everything in this guide, through much time, effort, and determination, you should be well on your way to getting this achievement to end all achievements! It's about 53 times more difficult to get this time than in the previous games (like, sheesh, if you thought Magical Girl Miracle ★ Monomi mode was bad...), but that just makes it all the more enticing.

Big thank you to everybody who wrote the guides that I linked to in this guide, as I said at the top this is more of a directory than anything, with some of my own tips thrown in. I hope you've found it useful and feel free to leave any feedback in the comments.

So long, bear well!

@HammelOFF gulf: Only if you want to get it on your first playthrough, but really No because you can also get that item from the MonoMono Machine. But then you would have to use chapter select to go back to chapter 1 and access the event because it happens before you get access to the MonoMono Machine.

@Bucket, turns out I didn't get the ones in chapter 3. Tip, you can check your best results in each trial for numbers in the bottom left of the screen. If it has numbers, you're missing a back route. It saved me from having to do all 5 trials again.

i noticed that the github link for the treasure hunter solver is no longer valid. i found a program with a similar purpose, although i'm unsure if it is the same one. i had to tweak it since the original program didn't work for me. i uploaded my tweaked version to github if anyone would like to access it. https://github.com/DanLeEpicMan/UpdatedMonolithSolver
