Что бы получить красивый скриншот, нужно в меню настройки игры убрать галочку с раздела: «Показывать UI Steam® скриншотах».

I also recommend using 'Show on disk' before uploading and editing the screen shot picture with something like Paint.NET .

I use adjust levels, touch up hue/saturation, and sometimes throw in a little vignette or reduce noise/soften just to finish it off. Pretty basic compared to Photoshop, but it gets the job done quickly and looks nice.
