Welcome to my walkthrough/achievement guide! This time I'll be trying to help you get through the game in case you're lost and help with the achievements during your playthrough. Malavision is not an easy game to 100% because of the Winner achievement, so I'll give a few tips about the game in advance.

Medicine
You should always be looking to stack up meds in case you need to use them in a tougher situation, this is the only way to regain health, and the enemies will hit you hard.
Every enemy in this game run at the same speed as you when you are running. A design choice I'm very much against which makes escaping them seriously hard and frustrating. Walking is certain death and the ridiculous head swing when you're hit makes it impossible to know where you're going after getting hit, making this a very frustrating way to die.

Difficulty
I'd recommend playing on Easy, as the game is still really hard and unfair at times. Unfair because you can die in unmissable / unskippable cutscenes, if your health is low and you get hit / jumpscared on a cutscene, you die. A handful of these issues is what makes the 100% a difficult task.

Run & Jump Trick
There's quite the number of chase sequences in the game, and since the enemies are fast they're definitely a problem. However alphabet has found a good method to keep running while still recovering stamina in short gaps. Hit sprint, then jump and release the sprint key, whilst on mid-air and not pressing the sprint key, the character will regain a bit of its stamina, making it possible to run for a few more meters again, rinse and repeat!

Official Video Walkthroughs
I've asked the developer for some help on the achievements since their descriptions are vague, and they were happy to give some clues for each one. Also, I will include their official playthrough video in each chapter so you can quickly open it and check it, all of the credit on those videos goes to Waraní Studios. That said, let's start this!

There's only 2 achievements tied to whole playthroughs, these are:

Skullface
Lord Death
Complete the game with more than 25 deaths

Dying 25 times is as easy as it sounds, especially for your first playthrough.

Winner
Incorruptible
Complete the game in less than 2 hours total and 0 deaths (S rank)

By far the hardest achievement in the game, the time isn't a problem, you can finish this game in less than one hour actually, but the deaths will make this one hard to unlock, especially on Chapter 4. Alphabet also reported that finishing the game with Ending #1 won't unlock the achievement, making Ending #2 a requirement for this.
Chapter 1: The Beginning of Evil



* = Checkpoint

- * You start the game next to your car (1), proceed to find Vera the first time
- Continue until you find the Map (2)
- * Proceed to 3 where you meet Vera again
- Now we have to go all the way back to the Entrance to 4 and read the note placed at the gate
- Pick up the Meds near the gate on the ground as well
- Go to the Dock (5) and pick up the Cabin Key
- (Optional) Visit the Ranger Cabin to find a note inside, also pick up the Meds on the table.
- (Optional) When you step outside, go behind the cabin to find a fire close to a tree, look for the prompt to interact with a note to get the Explorer achievement. (17:30 on the video)

- * Now go alongside the lake into the Cabin Tools (8), use the Cabin Key to open the shed and pick up the Toolbox
- Quickly run to your car (1), you can go across the woods for a shortcut (going south of the shed)
- (Optional) After the cutscene, head to number 9 where you'll find your second achievement: Corruptor

- Read the note on the High Voltage Tower (10)'s entrance
- Head to the Mango Plantation (11)
- Use a Med before approaching the chair by the tree, you'll be damaged on an unskippable cutscene here
- Pick up the High Voltage's Key
- Head back to the High Voltage Tower (10), careful not to be seen by Vera.
- Use the High Voltage's Key on the door
- Heal again before picking up the New Battery, since another unavoidable damage will occur
- Open the shed, read the note, pick up the New Battery and the Meds
- * Backtrack until you trigger a cutscene (The QTE is to press X)
- Walk north until you see Vera, then run when he starts chasing you up to the Entrance (4) and jump over the destroyed gate.

Chapter 1 done!
Chapter 2: Desperation

* = Checkpoint

- * Keep walking until you find a sign saying "ADVERTENCIA"
- Go to the left side and keep going until you trigger one cutscene, keep going for another cutscene (you'll get hurt here)
- Use a Med and keep going until you find a metal gate on a bridge
- Pick up the Cemetery Key hanging on the fence and Meds on the floor
- * Start going back, Vera will appear in front of you, keep running all the way back to the huge sign you saw previously and go the opposite way, Vera is still chasing you at this time, he will leave you only when you reach the area with a wooden gate by your left side
- You'll eventually reach the Cemetery, use the Cemetery Key on the gate to enter
- Look for the Gravedigger's Last Note and read it
- Exit the cemetery and go to the wooden gate, it's open now. You'll find your useless car keys
- Keep going up until you reach a cutscene
- You're now next to Lucia Isabel's grave, search the crucifix and pick up the Mausoleum Key and Meds
- (Optional) Very close to the grave, you can find Vera's Phone with a recorded video, this is the Recording #1 achievement (13:00 on the video)

- * Backtrack to the Cemetery and go to the furthest area where the Mausoleum is located, open the door with the Mausoleum Key
- To the right of Camilo Octavio Garcia's tomb there's Meds and a Pruner
- Try to exit the Cemetery, but the gate is now closed and you're trapped
- Avoid the enemy by running in circles for 2 minutes and using your meds when necessary
- When you hear the bell, the Cemetery gate will be open on its own
- (Optional) This is VERY hard to do without dying since you're being chasen and the last checkpoint is back at Lucia Isabel's grave. When the Cemetery gate opens, if you go back to the Mausoleum, there's a sword you can pick up on the left side. This is the Discover achievement. (Hard to see on the screenshot)

- Go all the way back to the metal gate on the bridge (the first you encoutered, it's a long walk) to discover it was actually destroyed and all your work was for nothing
- Go over the bridge and that's it!

Chapter 2 complete! Onto Chapter 3: The Station of Fears!
Chapter 3: The Station of Fears

- * Pretty long walking section here, just keep going until you get hit by the woman, use a med
- Keep going until you see the train tracks, go over them and reach for the well
- A cutscene will start (The QTE is to press P repeatedly - it'll hurt you as well)
- Pick up the Meds on the well
- * Go back to the train tracks and go left, keep going until you'll eventually reach the train station
- Continue along the tracks to a carriage, there are Meds on the carriage's steps at the back
- There's another pack of Meds on a bench outside the station
- * Approach the first window to the left of the station's gate to trigger a dialogue with a ghost (?)
- Select "When can I buy a ticket?", "Where are we? What is this Place?" and "Do you know who is the girl under the veil?", if you pick the rude options you'll have to find the key on the train, if you followed these steps the ghost will give the Station's Key
- Enter the station and go through the room on the left and on the desk is some Meds
- Exit the station on the back side, now head right and go up the stairs, you'll hear a train arriving
- Go down and go back to the train tracks to find a train, on the back of the train there's a puzzle
- Lower gauge C to 0, then A to -100 (B should be at 100), then B to 0, making all 3 even on 0
- Solving the puzzle grants you the Office's Key
- * The office is the rightmost brown door when facing the station, use the Office's Key
- Use the Office's Key and enter the room to find the Tower's Key on the table
- You'll start to be chased now, quickly go to the back of the station again but now head left and up the stairs (the enemy can't climb stairs)
- Use the Tower's Key and enter the room
- The code to the safe is 384, pick up the Station Entrance Key
- * (Optional) To the right of the safe, there's a little hall with a SD Card on the floor, this is the Recording #2 achievement

- (Optional) Go down the stairs back to the train where you solved the puzzle to find a miniature to pick up, unlocking the Py'a Guasu achievement

- Head for the huge gate on the back of the station and unlock it using the Station Entrance Key, head left and keep running until you trigger a cutscene
- * You're in a house yard now, heal yourself, head inside the house and go upstairs and then left
- You'll trigger a cutscene which will hurt you (The QTE is the U key)

Another chapter down! Time for the last one, The Big House
Chapter 4: The Big House

Credit to alphabet for making the detailed house map with all the items! Not all items will be available from the start of the chapter, they will spawn depending on your progress.

- You'll start the chapter near the Master Bedroom, from here go to the Bedroom
- Pick up the Library Key (a)
- Unlock the Library, here you'll find the Grandparents' Room Key (b)
- When you exit this room, you'll be back to reality where an enemy will chase you
- You need to evade him and get to the Bedroom to pick up the Musicians's Room Key (c) (glowing item). After collecting the item the monster will disappear
- * It's possible to skip a bunch of steps in here, so go to the Piano Room, interact with the Piano and press these keys:



- The room next to the bedroom is now unlocked
- Get ready for a really quick minigame here, drag the ballerina to the black zone of the screen to proceed
- In this room pick up the Meds and the Music Box
- Exit the room and run down the hallway to trigger a cutscene
- * You'll wake up in a cave/basement, use this map to guide yourself (the exit is also where you start):



- The Ghost Woman (w) is deadly and will kill on sight, don't let her see you! The other ghosts wander around the maze, they will not attack if you walk and keep the flashlight off
- Pick up the 3 items (look out for the fake wall up north), then head to the lab and use 1 Salt / 1 Vitrium 3 times, then finish with 1 Aqua Fortis
- This will craft the Royal Water, you have to be quick and go back to the starting gate to dissolve it, running may dissolve the water, resulting in having to go back and crafting it again

- * After exiting the maze, head into the house to go back into reality again (decayed house)
- Another chase sequence will start, so be quick and run to the upper floor to pick up the Child/Boy's Room Key (e) in the Child/Boy's room
- Run downstairs again to the center of the Piano Room to trigger another cutscene
- Go to the Child/Boy's room and unlock it with the key

(I could list the Ending #1 video, but as it is actually useless for any of the achievements (even Winner) so it won't be mentioned here)

- * Open the door to trigger a cutscene
- Read the letter on the right side of the room
- Go to the Bathroom and pick up the Meds and the Music Box again
- Try to visit the Water Feature area to trigger a cutscene (Don't skip this cutscene, you won't be able to progress any further)
- After the cutscene head inside, the house will change once again with yet another chase sequence
- Run to the room next to the Bedroom to find the Bloody Note (g) and trigger another cutscene
- Pick up Tiny Soldier from the Musician's Room
- Pick up the Tiny Ball from the Master Bedroom
- Pick up the Tiny Horse from the Dining Room downstairs, this will trigger first boss fight
- To defeat Lucia Isabel, pick up the items and throw them to her, when you suceed you'll be outside
- * This is a long running sequence where 5 enemies will spawn in front of you, and you'll have to evade them and keep running, use the run/jump trick explained on the first section to complete this easily
- * Now it's time for the second and last boss fight, you pretty much have to do the same as the first fight, but this time you have to let the giant monster pick you up, do the QTE (which is V repeatedly) and when she hits the ground you throw the toy at her. The behaviour is highly unpredictable which can make this a very frustrating section, but a couple of tries should do it! This will also grant you the achievement, Final #2!
